We offer a one-year one-time manufacturer’s warranty for all frames purchased with us. We will replace broken frames for no charge if there’s a defect. Covered under manufacturer’s detects are striped screws, broken nose pad posts, dislodged jewels or logos, oxidation or discoloration. (Original case must be returned with the frames to claim any warranty).


Our lenses are guaranteed against lens coating crazing (peeling). We offer a one-year one-time warranty on all lenses purchased with us. This one-time replacement must be the same prescription as the original order. Warranty does not cover scratches caused by normal wear and tear or improper care and handling such excessive heat or cold. icare & wear will remake the lenses one-time only at no cost if the Doctor changes prescription within 3 days of purchase. If you cannot adapt to your new progressive lenses within 30 days of your purchase, icare & wear will switch you to either lined bifocal or single vision distance or reading. no adjustment in price is provided (no refund).
